Our design team can help prepare a custom design for selected apparel products before you place your order.
1. What products can I customize?
We offer customization for selected products, including:
- Hawaiian Shirts
- 3D T-Shirts
- Polo Shirts
- Hoodies
- Sweaters
- Other eligible apparel products
Available products and customization options may vary.
2. Is there a design fee?
We currently do not charge an additional artwork setup fee for standard custom-design requests associated with an eligible product order.
If a request requires additional services or has special requirements, we will let you know before proceeding.
3. What information should I send?
Please provide as much information as possible about the design you would like us to create, such as:
- Preferred theme or style
- Text or name
- Preferred colors
- Product type
- Placement of design elements
- Reference images or artwork that you are authorized to use
- A link to an existing MerchPanels product if you would like us to personalize or modify an eligible design
Clear instructions help our design team understand your request and prepare an appropriate design preview.
4. Can I submit my own photos, logos or artwork?
Yes, provided that you have the legal right to use the content.
You may submit your own photographs, artwork, graphics, text, or other materials for a custom-design request.
By submitting content to MerchPanels, you confirm that:
- You own the content; or
- You have obtained the necessary permission, authorization, or license to use it for the requested product.
Please do not submit copyrighted artwork, trademarks, company logos, organization logos, team logos, government or department insignia, photographs, or other protected content unless you have the necessary rights or authorization to use them.
MerchPanels may decline a custom-design request if we reasonably believe that the submitted content may infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or applicable laws.

5. Can you personalize an existing MerchPanels design?
Selected designs may be eligible for personalization.
Depending on the product, available personalization may include:
- Custom name
- Custom text
- Number
- Other options displayed or approved for the applicable design
Please send us the product name or URL together with the personalization information you would like to request.
Availability depends on the individual product and design.
6. How long does it take to receive a design preview?
For most standard requests, we aim to provide an initial design preview within approximately 1–2 business days after receiving sufficient design information.
More complex requests may require additional time.
After receiving the preview, you may contact us regarding reasonable adjustments before approving the final design.
A design preview is not an order confirmation and does not mean that production has started.
7. How much does a custom product cost?
The final price depends on the product selected and any applicable options.
The product price, shipping charge, and final order total will be displayed on the applicable product page or during checkout before payment.
You are not required to complete a purchase until you have reviewed the applicable product and order information.
8. How do I order after approving the design?
After the final design has been approved and is eligible for production, we will provide a MerchPanels product page or ordering link.

- Delivery address
- Final order total
Production begins only after the applicable order has been successfully placed and payment has been authorized.
9. How long does production and delivery take?
Most custom MerchPanels products are made to order.
Our estimated production time is generally 3-5 business days after the final design is approved and the order is successfully placed.
Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping service.

10. Can I return or exchange a personalized product?
Because personalized products are made specifically according to the information approved or submitted by the customer, standard returns or exchanges may be limited.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from your confirmed order, please contact us according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Please carefully review the final design, spelling, names, sizes, colors, and other customization details before approving the design and placing your order.
